Shipping
- We ship from our US warehouse Monday through Friday.
- All orders are processed within 24 hours of being placed.
- Standard shipping: 3–7 business days within the continental US.
- Hawaii / Alaska: 5–10 business days.
- Free shipping on all US orders over $25. Orders under $25 ship for a flat $4.99.
- You'll receive an email with your tracking link the moment your order ships.
Returns
- 30-day satisfaction guarantee on every PetZuvi product.
- If your product doesn't work for you and your dog, email support@petzuvi.com within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
- For defective items, we cover return shipping. For non-defective returns, the customer covers return shipping.
- Refunds are processed within 3 business days of us receiving the returned item.
Damaged or Lost Packages
- If your package arrives damaged, take a photo and email us within 48 hours. We'll send a replacement immediately.
- If your tracking shows delivered but you didn't receive it, contact your local USPS first, then email us if it's not resolved within 3 days.
International Orders
