Where do you ship from?
Our US warehouse — orders ship within 24 hours, Monday–Friday.

How long does shipping take?
3–7 business days within the continental US. Hawaii and Alaska are 5–10 business days.

Is shipping free?
Yes — free standard shipping on all orders over $25.

Can I track my order?
Yes — you'll get a tracking link the moment your order ships.

Paw Cleaner Cup

Will it work on a large dog?
Yes — we sell it in two sizes. Small (up to 30 lbs) and Large (30 lbs+). The Large size fits Labs, Goldens, Aussies, and most retrievers comfortably.

My dog hates having his paws touched. Will this stress him out?
The bristles are soft silicone, not stiff plastic. Most dogs tolerate it within 2–3 uses. We've had customers report dogs that used to fight bath time actively walking up to the cup.

How do I clean the cup itself?
Rinse with water, or pop it in the top rack of your dishwasher. Air dry.

Does it leak?
No — the silicone bristles trap dirt and water inside the cup. Just dump and rinse when done.

How much water does it hold?
300ml — enough for a 45-minute walk for a medium-large dog.

Will it leak in my bag?
No — the lock-and-dispense mechanism seals shut between uses.

What goes in the top compartment?
Dry treats, kibble, or small toys. It's a flexible storage area.

How does the waste bag dispenser work?
A roll of standard waste bags fits inside the bottom compartment. Pull one out through the slot when you need it.

Is it dishwasher safe?
Top rack only. Air dry to keep the silicone seals in good shape.

Orders & Returns

What's your return policy?
30 days from delivery. Full refund if it doesn't work for your dog. We'll cover return shipping for defective items.

Can I cancel my order?
Only if it hasn't shipped yet. Email us within 12 hours of placing the order.

Do you ship internationally?
Not yet — US only for now.
