About PetZuvi
PetZuvi is a small team of dog people making the gear we wished existed.
No glossy founder bio. No origin story photoshoot. Just a tight catalog of daily essentials, a real US warehouse, and a real person on email.
Who we are
We're a small distributed team — dog parents who got tired of paying premium prices for gear that almost worked. Cheap paw cleaners that didn't fit a Lab. Water bottles that leaked in the bag. Bag dispensers that fell apart in three months. Wipes that smeared mud instead of removing it.
So we started PetZuvi to make the small lineup of stuff we'd actually use ourselves.
We don't have a founder bio, a glossy team photo, or a press kit. We'd rather spend that energy on the product, the customer email replies, and getting orders out the door.
What we make
Right now, four products. On purpose.
- The Paw Cleaner Cup — soft silicone bristles that actually reach between toes. Two sizes that fit real dogs. Five seconds per paw.
- The Premium Paw Cleaner Cup — slim, ergonomic, travel-ready upgrade for daily carry.
- The 3-in-1 Portable Water Cup — water, treats, and waste bags in one cup that fits in one hand. So you stop forgetting things on walks.
- The Foldable Pooper Scooper — pocket-sized, built-in bag dispenser, decomposable bags included.
Every product had to pass the same test: does this solve a daily frustration in a way that's noticeably better than what's already out there? If the answer wasn't a clear yes, it didn't make the cut.
How we ship
From a real warehouse in the United States. Orders in by 2pm ship the same day via USPS. Most US orders arrive in 3–7 days. No mystery container in transit for six weeks. No drop-shipping wait.
How we do support
Email support@petzuvi.com and a real person replies within 24 hours, Monday through Friday. We read every message. We don't outsource it.
How we do guarantees
30 days, full refund, no restocking fees, no questions. If something arrives broken we cover the return shipping. We'd rather you love it than just keep it.
What's next
